Why do we complaint so much????
Today, while I was at work, I thought about something. I started to think about how my life would be without my job. I always complaint of how tire and unhappy I am because I want more money, too much work etc. Then I saw myself seating at home just watching TV and eating and I came to the conclusion that we need a job to keep us going day in and day out. We all need a reason to wake up in the morning and fight to reach our goals. What you guys think about that???. You think we all need a reason to wake up in the morning to make our lives happier??.

Hey Jonathan,
You know that folks who get up, go to work, or have some other purpose to their days live longer.
Last year, I was working with Alzheimer and frontal dementia patients, and I was struck with how bored our elderly have become. Now, they are so taken care of that they are zombies. And then there's depression. Depression is rage turned inward. These folks can't even articulate how they feel. Who is listening?
I'm not saying that this occurs in every case. It's important to have a plan. What am I going to do with these ten years? The happiest elderly folks I've been around are volunteers. They are still active.
That reminds me Jonathon. When I was in Southern Italy, I met an Italian guy who complained how much he worked and had no free time. I asked him how many hours a week he works and he told me about 30 hours. He was telling the truth! I thought he was sarcastic, but than a buddy of mine later commented how lazy italians are and I had to agree :P
Complaining, to me, means we do not appreciate what we have. If you take a look at the homeless shelters and see all the less fortunate, it should cause us to be grateful for our jobs and help change our attitude about going everyday. Most of us are one paycheck from homeless and we still complain. What would you do if you woke up tomorrow and did not have a job?
These are great examples guys. I see that I'm not the only one that sees things that way. Well, in conclusion we all need a purpose in life to be happy. Thanks for the feedback.
