I feel the wrong individual was being blamed for the charge. The action taken by the police can be described as "shooting the messenger to solve the problem" Fining one store manager will not solve the problem as there are hundreds of stores that portray the same sort of explicit advertising. I think the problem should be addressed at the source. Those in corporate decision making positions should be targeted to get real solution to the problem.

I agree! Corporate offices or interior designers make those decisions. The store manager does just that, manages the store. They should address those issues with the real decision makers in the corporations.

There were customer compaints causing the police to interceed. The store manager is subject to the corporate wishes on how the store is advertised. Having the authorities remove the pictures and dismissing the charges seems to solve the concerns of everyone involved. The ads were effective in bringing attention to the store.

I personally am offended by men wearing their pants in a manner to expose their underwear and believe this type of advertisement only encourages sloven dress habits. I will be glad to see well fitting atire return, when it does.

I think people over reacted. Its an ad. It was taken out of proportion. Just another way to bring another man down.
