MLKing Day

Dr.King wanted us to have a better future he belived in justice and equal rights.Do you think that the kids of today take for grant what was left for them?Do they not understand how valuable their life is?

It is unfortunate that some of the kids of today do not realize what Dr. King stood for. They seem to think they are self sufficient and have all the answers. They are not interested in doing the right thing,thinking it's easier to take what someone else has and not realizing the consequences until it is too late!

I agree that most kids today dont understand what was left for them and dont understand the way their life should be lived. This is something I think that will never change because that is the way life is.

I'm constantly amazed at how Dr. King has affected this country, even after his death.

While there is a lot of hate in America it is no longer considered the norm and must be generally hidden.

MLK's influence has helped many races not just blacks but has extended to all.

Without him or someone similar I doubt that Obama would be a respected candidate.
